• To be as fair as possible, we normally charge our hourly rate (see below) for one-time or first-time services. We never know what to expect, but you can always be sure that we have the time to complete your work.
• Based on our extensive experience, we can provide reasonable estimates through our quote form (below). However, we understand that the final decision is yours. You are never obligated to accept our offer until we’ve seen the job, you like the price, and work has begun. This puts you in control of the entire process.
• On recurring jobs, we’re familiar with the task and the time it takes to complete it, so recurring visits usually cost less.
