Pink’nClean Cleaning Services – Cancellation Policy

This document outlines the Pink’nClean Cleaning Services cancellation policy.
When scheduling cleaning or maid services with Pink’nClean, clients must agree to abide by this policy, intended to minimize losses from cancellations including: staff costs, equipment reservations, and overhead.

Cancellation notice may be given by:

Natural or Other Disasters

In the event of natural or other disasters (e.g., blizzards, floods, wildfires, gas leaks, declared states of emergency, or power outages), it may be unsafe for Pink’nClean to operate or for clients to be accessible. In such situations, cancellations are exempt from charges, and Pink’nClean will work with clients to find an acceptable solution.

Client Cancellations

We understand unexpected events can occur, and we aim to be fair while minimizing our losses due to cancellations. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancel 2 days or more before appointment: No charge.
  • Next-Day Cancellations: 25% cancellation fee (15% if rescheduling).
  • Same-Day Cancellations: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Material Breach: Cancelling more than three consecutive cleanings or more than seven total scheduled cleanings without prior approval from Pink’nClean will be deemed a material breach, allowing Pink’nClean to cancel the contract and/or seek legal remedies.

Pink’nClean Cancellations

When Pink’nClean needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, we give the client 24 hours’ notice and work with them to reschedule an appointment. If Pink’nClean fails to give 24 hours notice, the client will be offered one free cleaning.
