The second difference is that we don’t try to mislead customers with low prices, only to renegotiate at the worksite, claiming some tasks are not included with regular cleaning and must be charged extra (the bait-and-switch tactic). We believe in fair and honest pricing with no surprises.
We don’t rush through jobs just to collect our money and get on with the next. We take the time necessary to do the job properly, both for personal pride and because we know that customer satisfaction and word of mouth are the most important forms of advertising.
Our Pricing
To be as fair as possible, we charge hourly cleaning rates. We have no other choice since we pay our cleaners hourly rates that must be met to stay in business. Other costs include cleaning supplies, equipment, laundry, and management, but we stop there while others start padding their bills with extras. This is how we maintain our prices among the lowest in the industry.
You can hire a cleaner for a fixed duration (2-hour minimum), or describe the work and let us estimate the time to completion. If we can complete the job in less time, you will only pay for the time you used. If it takes longer, you can keep us working for as long as it takes to complete the job.

The quality of work our cleaners do reflects the satisfaction in their jobs.
