What services do you offer?
While we primarily focus on general home and office cleaning, we also offer some specialized cleaning services, including general home maintenance and yard care services. We also offer shopping or errand services and pet care services. See our Services section for the most recent list.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we come to your home or office fully equipped for the task at hand, including all equipment, tools, and supplies. This includes mops, pails, ladders, stools, sponges, rags, and cleaners. When we leave, there is nothing left to clean or put away.
What are your rates?
General cleaning services usually start at $50/hr, depending on the supplies required to do the job. Consult our Rates section for a better general idea, or contact us for a quote for specific pricing on your needs.
How do you ensure the quality and consistency of your cleaning services?
Customer satisfaction is the true measure of the quality of our service. In many cases, the job is inspected by a supervisor after completion. We have an unconditional guarantee of customer satisfaction with all our work. We provide customer feedback forms for every job, giving our clients an opportunity to voice their satisfaction with the job. We are currently setting up Google reviews to let our clients publicly voice their level of satisfaction with our work.
What are your hours of operation? Will you work in the evenings or on weekends?
Our hours of operation are normally general business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm Mon-Sat), and for the most part, this is when we make appointments. We do, however, have clients requiring early morning or late-night services that we accommodate. We also understand that accidents happen, and in these cases, we can be available 24/7 for emergency situations. Note: after-hours and holiday services may entail an additional charge at our discretion.
Are there any fees beyond the estimate (Hidden Fees)?

Our estimates are based solely on the work required to complete the job as described.

If additional cleaning duties are added before or after starting the job, the price may need adjusting to cover any additional time required to complete the job. For jobs requiring specialty one-time-use products (e.g. drain cleaner), the product cost may be added.

No additional charges will be incurred for any additional work that can be done simultaneously with other work (e.g. doing windows while the floor is drying).

Additional charges are only levied where additional tile is required. The best way to ensure there are no additional charges is to describe the job as accurately as possible when requesting the estimate.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets, children, and allergies?

Yes, wherever possible. If you have any special concerns or allergies, please describe them on the estimate so we can select suitable products to use.

In cases where our products may carry an odour, we have high flow-rate exhaust fans to carry the odour outdoors.
